CEDARBURG

Cedarburg is located in beautiful Ozaukee County 20 miles north of downtown Milwaukee and just minutes west of Lake Michigan, offering a beautiful historic district and lots to do!

ELM GROVE

The Village of Elm Grove is located in the eastern part of Waukesha County. Elm Grove has a population of 6,524 which is now estimated to be 6,170 people. In 2014, Business Insider named Elm Grove America’s best suburb.

FRANKLIN

Franklin is one of the state’s fastest-growing areas. Franklin grew by about 6,000 residents from 2000 to 2020, resulting in a population of 36,816.

Greenfield is one of the larger cities in the area with a population of just over  37,000 residents. The city’s close proximity to Milwaukee makes it a great landing spot for those looking to work in Milwaukee but not live downtown.

The Village of Menomonee Falls is located in the northeastern corner of Waukesha County and is northwest of Milwaukee. Menomonee Falls had a population of 38,527 as of the 2020 census,

Located on the western shore of Lake Michigan just 18 miles north of Milwaukee, the City of Mequon boasts majestic bluffs, stately homes, lush farmland, and expansive open space.

NEW BERLIN

Maintaining its semi-rural appearance, New Berlin offers a wide range of housing opportunities from impressive single-family homes to affordable and attractive apartments and condominiums. The city has a population of 39,584 residents.

Nestled in the heart of Lake Country, Oconomowoc maintains a strong culture, vibrant economy, and unmistakable small-city charm. The city currently sports a population of around 18,203 residents.

PEWAUKEE

Just 17 miles west of Milwaukee is the City of Pewaukee. Pewaukee is home to 15,914 residents and is located on the northeastern shores of Pewaukee Lake. Pewaukee is a fairly young city as it was only incorporated in 1999.

RACINE

Racine is the county seat of Racine County. It is the fifth-largest city in Wisconsin, sporting a population of 77,127. Racine is located on the shore of Lake Michigan at the mouth of the Root River and is approximately 30 miles south of Milwaukee and 60 miles north of Chicago.

SHOREWOOD

Located just north of Milwaukee, the Village of Shorewood is a small community. With a population of around 13,000 residents and a small geographic area to work with, Shorewood is known as the densest community in the state of Wisconsin.

The City of Waukesha is located 18 miles west of Milwaukee. It's the largest community in the county and the 7th largest in the state of Wisconsin. As of 2020, Waukesha had a population of 71,158.

Citizens of West Allis treasure their affordably priced homes and continuously work to maintain them along with improving their neighborhoods. West Allis had a population of 60,325 at the 2020 census.
